And 72 virgins.
Forget the virgins! You're much better off with a couple of whorey tarts!!

if jws don't have the truth; if there is no paradise earth; if there is no end of this system; if death is all there is, then what hope do we have to look forward too?.
And 72 virgins.
Forget the virgins! You're much better off with a couple of whorey tarts!!

Rolling Stones - SHE WAS HOT 5.07 min version on YouTube
Regrettably the embedding information on this video is disabled but it is well worth watching and listening to. Anita Morris, even though in her early 40's at this stage is really something. I especially like the scene when Keith takes his temp and the mercury explodes out of the end of the thermometer!!

this has been a wt buzzword for a long time but has come up in several recent discussions here.
so, i just had to look it up on the wt library cd-rom.. the word "evidently" appears 1,439 times in the insight books alone.
that number is staggering considering that the two-volume set is supposed to be comprised of encyclopedic facts.
The word "evidently" appears 1,439 times in the Insight books alone.
Apparently I have not been paying enough attention as I thought the word EVIDENTLY was just a recent phenomena.

this came across as really interesting to me seeing as how they change up the baptismal questions so many times.but thats a lie as a matter of fact the updated questions look like this: .
1.on the basis of the sacrifice of jesus christ, do you repent of your sins and dedicate yourself to jehovah to do his will?
2.do you understand that your dedication and baptism identify you as one of jehovah witnesses in line with god's spirit-directed organization?
This is the latest revision of the questions. See WT June 1, 1985. Prior to that all JW's baptised in the name of the HS. I raised it with an elder some time ago but he shrugged his shoulders, didn't care.

comments you will not hear at the 05-16-10 wt study (march 15, 2010, pages 14-18)(live up dedication).
review comments will be in red or headed by comments.
wt material from today's wt will be in black.
She says, “I had so many studies—as many as 12 at one time—that I had to put some on a waiting list!”
Why did she not pass some of them to others in the congregation?
No one seemed interested in this WT today, answers were incredibly slow coming. It's the longest hour I've spent for some time.

Depends on how much there is to share out between them.
I recently heard of a very old sister who could not manage to keep her garden OK. When the CO visited the congregation he said the brothers ought to do more for the old and infirm ones. So one of the elders called on this sister and told her what he could do for her. She was quite impressed until he told her how much he charged!

this article to be studied in two weeks time, in paragraph 13, footnote says: "jesus is the mediator of that covenant, not a participant.
as the mediator, he evidently did not partake of the emblems.".
(note use of evidently again!).
because their would have been NO Loaves of bread at Passover- just flat unleavened matzah, that crumbles when you break it.
The word LOAVES could be just a NWT mis-translation of course. KJV and Douay simply say BREAD which could be unleavened.

This seems very strange to me, especially as Mark 14:22-26 says:
22 And as they continued eating, he took a loaf, said a blessing, broke it and gave it to them, and said: “Take it, this means my body.” 23 And taking a cup, he offered thanks and gave it to them, and they all drank out of it. 24 And he said to them: “This means my ‘blood of the covenant,’ which is to be poured out in behalf of many. 25 Truly I say to YOU, I shall by no means drink anymore of the product of the vine until that day when I drink it new in the kingdom of God.” 26 Finally, after singing praises, they went out to the Mount of Olives.
Has anyone ever read of Jesus not partaking of the emblems? What would the disciples have thought?

(Had a bit of a problem with copy/paste & formatting here.
don't know if someone already commented on this.
i did a search and did not find anything.
not that big of a deal, but the concept of having a personal order of the magazines is going away effective immediately.
GORDY - Many thanks for posting the copy of the letter. It does say to all congregations in the US so maybe here in the UK it is not going to be implemented until it has run a while in the US. Certainly we have not had any such letter as of 15 May 2010.
